THE CONSTITUTION OF ASIA HARVEST ALLIANCE
(Goals and Purposes for Existence)

Article I- Name

The name of this organization shall be Asia Harvest Alliance.

Article II- Nature of Asia Harvest Alliance.

Asia Harvest Alliance was founded, January 31, 2016.

AHA is an Apostolic- Prophetic network of like-minded spirit-filled ministers, churches, ministries, mission’s organizations and missionaries committed to loving and helping each other fulfill the Great Commission.

Too often independent churches and ministers are disconnected from other churches and meaningful fellowship with the body and therefore struggle alone in their commitment to the Lord.

Without meaningful peer relationships, ministers often find themselves in isolation. AHA is a place to meet like-minded ministers and develop meaningful relationships, that will strengthen and encourage ministers in fulfilling God’s will in their lives.

In recognizing the unity of the entire Body of Christ and specifically the ministry gifts God has set in the Church as described in Ephesians 4:11-12, 1 Corinthians 12:28, and Romans 12:4-8, AHA declares itself strongly in support of the supernatural ministries and operations of its members.

Mission

Our mission is to serve, strengthen and edify the body of Christ so as to enable the church in fulfilling the great commission, in the power of the Holy Spirit, in preparation for His second coming.

Strategy

  1. By providing spiritual covering for the purpose of accountability and unity in the body.
  2. By providing an avenue of unity, fellowship and strength between independent and spirit-filled churches, ministers and ministries.
  3. Recognize proven ministers as licensed or ordained ministers.
  4. Provide an avenue through which counsel is available to a member for the purpose of encouraging accuracy and soundness in doctrine, procedure, ethics and conduct.
  5. To assist in producing strong, capable, and ethical ministerial leadership in the Body of Christ, by organizing annual conferences, retreats, seminars or fellowships to strengthen and build up the faith, anointing and ministerial abilities of the members.

Asia Harvest Alliance adheres to Biblical standards of conduct in ministerial and personal areas in accordance with the scriptures.

We foresee that Asia Harvest Alliance will ultimately become a worldwide network of ministers, working together to evangelize, establish churches, teach, organize mission projects, and pursue as many varied areas of ministry as may prove beneficial for the proclaiming of the Good News.

Ministry Assumptions

AHA is not a denomination but an association or network birthed out of Spirit borne relationships. AHA will not own or be involved in the church property of its associated local churches. AHA will remain completely and legally separate, and recognize the autonomy and government of each local church. AHA will not violate the autonomy of each local congregation and will abide by the constitution and bylaws of each local church.
Intervening to counsel pastors will be handled on a local level and on the invitation of the local church leadership.
Membership is voluntary and withdrawal of membership can be made in accountability and approval of the Governing Council of AHA.
One can become an ASSOCIATE of AHA. An associate may be a denominational church or part of another movement and still qualify for fellowship purposes.

Article IV-Government of The Fellowship

The alliance will be governed and led, by Apostolic Prophetic ‘Fathers’ through personal relationships in a culture of love and honor, rather than through a rigid structure and dependence on committees.

There will be a basic and simple GOVERNING COUNCIL of a minimum of 3 leaders and not more than 7 leaders that will lead AHA.

This includes the founding members and other leaders that will be invited to be a part of AHA from time to time as the Lord will lead.
The serving period of the AHA Governing Council members will be determined through collective wisdom and unity through prayer and the leading of the Lord.
There will also be 2 to 3 Advisors, national or international , appointed by the council for the purpose of advising the council.

The Council will have the power to appoint regional overseers to assist in building the reach of AHA and providing oversight over AHA members in their regions.

Regional overseers will be accountable to the Governing Council.

Decision making in the Council will be through the principle of love, unity and prayer and not through a voting system.

Nature and Purpose of the Asia Harvest Alliance Governing Council

The Governing Council will consist of various ministers who will hold offices.
The purpose of the Governing Council shall be:

  1. To recognize Jesus Christ as the sovereign Head of the church and Asia Harvest Alliance
  2. To emphasis, encourage, and promote the fulfillment of the Mission and Vision of AHA
  3. To provide means by which the above objective maybe accomplished.
  4. To receive, review, and approve all applications from qualified candidates seeking membership in Asia Harvest Alliance .
  5. To be responsible for conducting all ordination services as needed in conjunction with the president of Asia Harvest Alliance.

Article V- Disciplinary and Restoration Procedures

The GOVERNING COUNCIL desires to encourage all members of Asia Harvest Alliance to fulfill their ministry in a scripture and ethical manner. A member’s conduct at all times should be as a minister and ambassador of Christ. If, however, a member’s conduct falls within the suspension and dismissal categories the organization will take necessary steps for the complete discipline and restoration of the member.

Restoration of a minister is a process of counseling and accountability that brings the minister who has erred, under discipline, until he/she is ready to resume ministerial duties, if possible. Restoration is not for punishment, but a necessary time of mending and healing, using positive, corrective resources for recovery.

When situations requiring discipline and restoration arise, Asia Harvest Alliance members are to contact and seek the counsel of the main office as to a course of action to facilitate the implementation of the process. However, if such attempts are not pursued and completed, suspension and possible dismissal may occur.

Article VI- Suspension in the Association

Should the occasion arise when reports of unbiblical conduct by a member is made to the association, the association will begin the process of verifying all the allegations. If the allegations are confirmed, the member shall be placed within the Suspension Category immediately.

AHA members placed within the Suspension Category shall willingly submit their license or ordination certificate and clergy to the main office upon request. Members within the Suspension Category remain legally ordained and all ministerial privileges remain intact until investigation is completed. Reasons for dismissal would include:

  1. Spousal or child abuse
  2. Divorce
  3. Sexual misconduct (including pornography)
  4. Ethical violations in Finances
  5. Ethical violations with another Church or Minister
  6. Doctrinal error

Article VII- Dismissal from the Association

Any member refusing to submit to and adhere to sound counsel, correction, discipline, and restoration will be removed from the membership of AHA and his/her ministerial credentials will be revoked.
Reason for dismissal would include:

  1. Failure to submit to and complete the restoration process
  2. Violations mentioned in Article VI.

Article VIII- Tenets of Faith

The Tenets of Faith of Asia Harvest Alliance shall be as follows:

The Scriptures- The Bible is the inspired Word of God, the product of holy men of old who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

The Godhead- Our God is one, but manifested in three persons- the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, being co-equal.

Man, His Fall and Redemption- Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God, but through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world. “All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was manifested to undo the work of the devil and gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to God.

Salvation is the Gift of God to man, separate from works and the law, and is made operative by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God.

The New Birth is necessary to all men, and when experienced produces eternal life.

Water Baptism-Baptism in water is by immersion, is a direct commandment of our Lord, and is for believers only.
The following recommendation regarding the water baptismal formula is adopted; to wit: On the confession of your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and by His authority, I baptize you in the Name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost. Amen.”

Baptism in the Holy Ghost – The Baptism in the Holy Ghost and fire is a gift from God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is received subsequent to the New Birth. This experience is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Hoy Spirit Himself gives utterance.

We believe in the Doctrine of Sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, commencing at the time of regeneration and continuing until the consummation of salvation at Christ’s return.

Divine Healing – Healing is for the physical ills of the human body and is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of Faith, and by lying on of hands.

Resurrection of the Just and the Return of Our Lord – the angels said to Jesus’ disciples, “… this same Jesus. . . shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” His coming is imminent. When He comes, “. . . the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

Following the Tribulation, He shall return to earth as King of Kings, and Lord of lords, and together with His saints, who shall be kings and priests; He shall reign a thousand years.

Hell and Eternal Retribution – the one who physically dies in his sins without accepting is hopelessly and eternally lost in the Lake of Fire and, therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting.
